Position Overview

The Equipment Data Analyst  is responsible for the day to day activities around the organization’s data management, including but not limited to all aspects of master data entry and management including creation, deletion, classification, characterization, and analysis of data.  The analyst will also provide quality support and outstanding customer service across numerous business functions to all areas of the Kiewit Organization.  They will focus on the quality and implementation to ensure data integrity.

District Overview

Kiewit Equipment Services (KES) helps to ensure the profitability of Kiewit projects through the improved equipment utilization and mechanical reliability by delivering world-class equipment and service. 
 

Location

This position is based in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities

•    Act as a liaison between a variety of different Kiewit Equipment Services vendors and Field Personnel to effectively and efficiently set up Kiewit's equipment master data within SAP
•    Provide additional support to maintain, change, update, add, and assist with master data
•    Check and maintain master data with the capability to fix, clean and maintain data quality standards on a daily basis
•    Maintain a professional relationship with Kiewit districts and departments
•    Coordinate cross-functional efforts between multiple Kiewit teams and vendors
•    Support all enhancements to systems directly impacting master data related to equipment
•    Support and participate in collaboration activities to promote and implement continuous process improvement
•    Other job-related tasks as needed or assigned

Qualifications

•    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a Business related degree.
•    Must have advanced Microsoft Excel Experience Preferred (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros etc.)
•    Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to sustain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
•    Superior attention to detail, with the ability to recognize patterns and discrepancies
•    Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to multi-task
•    Logical reasoning abilities that enable one to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problem-solving
•    Demonstrated pattern of success in meeting quality objectives
•    A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills 
•   Experience utilizing different modules within SAP will receive high consideration
