Position Overview
We are an innovative team of engineers and designers that supports projects throughout the company. Our staff leads and collaborates with Kiewit’s module fabrication and construction teams to approach construction-driven engineering with a focus on safe, cost effective, and innovative designs that achieve client expectations and further Kiewit’s legacy of excellence.  This position is responsible for the day-to-day engineering operations in direct support to the General Manager of Engineering.
The position may be organized with or without direct reporting organizations.

This position will be based out of our Energy Corridor office.

Primary Responsibilities
• Administration and implementation of Engineering initiatives as directed by the General Manager of Engineering
• Oversight of Engineering Standards and procedures
• Engineering budget development, review and monitoring
• Problems solving leadership on technical issues during project development thru execution
• Coordination of day-to-day issue management involving Engineering resources
• Coordination of engineering support for business proposals, quotations and award contracts
• Act as General Manager of Engineering during incumbent’s absences
• Act as liaison between Projects and Engineering to solve personnel or technical issues

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering as a minimum; advanced Engineering degree or MBA preferred
• 15 years minimum of experience in Oil and Gas industry
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of gas processing, , refining and petrochemical processes
• Strong organizational  skills
• Strong  time management / multi-tasking skills
