District Overview
Kiewit's South-Central District is one of Kiewit's leading infrastructure districts specializing in heavy civil, transportation, and water resource markets. Projects you could be working on could include mass grading, drainage, paving, utility and more. Although most of our work is regionally based in the south-central region of the United States, we also pursue various projects stretching across the United States. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about infrastructure and committed to the construction industry as opposed to design.

The position is based out of Weatherford, TX
Responsibilities
• Lead the development of key messages for all client interactions, communications, prequalification, proposals and presentations.
• Utilize technical knowledge at industry events, to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, and when offering clients the most innovative solutions.
• Lead presentations at industry events to promote Kiewit culture and brand.
• Facilitate meetings with clients to provide customized capabilities presentations, communicating key competitive advantages in the Water/Wastewater markets.
• Communicate schedules and major upcoming events to the Business Line Development team and motivate operational involvement toward successful client meetings, win strategies and capture plan execution.
• Participate in internal Business Line Mangers/Operations Management meetings to develop white papers, capture plans and Bid No Bid strategies/decisions.
• Attend district meetings and internal business development training courses to expand operational and Get Work knowledge.
• Conduct debrief meetings with clients, supply chain, project management and executives, determining causes for both missed and won work to formulate lessons learned and best practices.
Qualifications
• Ability to travel (<25%)
• 7+ years’ experience developing business opportunities in the EPC market
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Understanding of contract model and commercial terms
