Summary
This supervisor position reports to the General Superintendent and is responsible for the planning and execution of the installation of rotating equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes, but not necessarily limited to the following.
• Supervising craft personnel
• Scheduling and directing work crews
• Preparing work plans and work packages
• Ordering tools and materials
• Schedule scaffolding and quality control inspections
• Managing and tracking costs
• Scheduling and utilizing construction equipment
• Administering safety and environmental programs
• Maintaining exceptional owner relations

Skills and Knowledge
• Competent in steam turbine and/or combustion turbine equipment installation, operation, and maintenance requirements
• Knowledge of construction safety and current federal OSHA requirements
• Broad knowledge of engineering and construction methods
• Working knowledge of computers is desirable
• Ability to travel based on business needs
• Ability to manage small-medium teams
• Previous supervisory experience necessary
• Ability to read and comprehend drawings, procedures, and operations & maintenance manuals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience
• At least 10 years installation, maintenance, and reliability experience in oil and gas process compressors (centrifugal and reciprocating), steam turbines, combustion turbines, process pumps, and other rotating equipment and auxiliary systems
