Position Overview
The Lead Associate will directly manage a team of Field technicians. Their role is to provide leadership and guidance to a team of field technicians to ensure their success. In this role, you will provide coaching and direction regarding the quality of customer interactions and daily operations and assess resources and staff needs for the team. In addition, this position is responsible for performing job site IT mobilizations, demobilizations and site changes.a

Location
This is a remote position and will support the Pacific Northwest Territory
Responsibilities
- Holds self, team, and others accountable for expected delivery to keep active work to task, on time and with high quality
- Provide customers technology guidance
- Provide deskside and remote support to Kiewit employees, Kiewit subsidiaries, partners, contractors working for Kiewit and job site contractors
- Collaborate with the business and KTG for IT estimates, procure hardware and software
- Operate equipment (man-lift, scissor lift, loading dock, palate jack, etc.)
- Make business decisions regarding procurement, service providers, low-voltage wiring subcontractors, etc.
- Delegate tasks to vendors/subcontractors/peers
- Document all aspects of IT mobilizations, demobilizations and site changes
- Manage and supervise (as required) subcontractors in relation to work required to deliver IT services or a functioning product to job or office facilities
Qualifications
- Must possess a high level of accountability for work performed or decisions made in relation to tickets, projects or other tasks
- Must provide high levels of customer service at all times
- Recognize and escalate issues, risks and/or concerns in a timely manner
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (40+ lbs)
- Proficient with Microsoft Operating, Online and Back Office systems
- Can travel for various lengths of time
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
