Position Overview
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to support the Union Station Enhancement Project in Downtown Toronto.
District Overview
Kiewit’s Eastern Canada District serves the construction and mining industries, operating across the eastern region of Canada. We specialize in highways, bridges, mass transit, mine site development and open pit operations, hydroelectric powerhouses, wind power, dams and industrial projects.
Location
This position will be located in one of our project offices in Downtown Toronto, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Inventory, order, and stock up office trailer’s kitchen, office, and restroom supplies
- Schedule, and ensure janitorial services are performed according to contract
- Input Time and Material Sheet information to Potential Change Order pricing template
- Input Allowance Sheet information to Potential Change Order pricing template
- Package Potential Change Order and Allowance sheets for ConAd review prior to presenting to Client
- Other miscellaneous clerical and contract administration items
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Solid skills with peripheral technology such as printers, digital cameras, scanners and A/V equipment
- Previous track record of successfully meeting deadlines and project expectations
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, as needed
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidence of important, sensitive information and materials
- Enthusiastic team player with an interest in helping the team stay connected and working effectively together #LI-GH
