District Overview
Kiewit’s Northern California District is one of Kiewit’s leading infrastructure districts specializing in heavy civil projects that include earth moving, water/wastewater, transportation, roadways, and power projects. Most of our work is concentrated in the Northern California region around the Bay Area.
Location
This position is based out of Santa Clara, CA
Responsibilities
• Maintain Project-specific logs and reports.
• Develop, define, and analyze solutions to documentation requirements.
• Support, plan, and effectuate the activities assigned by Contracts Managers.
• Facilitate Project deliverables, documents for operation, and final Project turnover acceptance.
• Correspond with vendors to gather contract documents.
• Review and analyze Project documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Work with the vendors and Responsible Engineers to understand deliverables coming/past due.

Qualifications
• Ability to use appropriate tools and methods to collect and analyze data to identify and resolve business and/or technical problems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative.
• Demonstrated commitment to business ethics and integrity.
• Team player with the ability to lead others or work independently, as required, to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

Base Compensation: 41,031 - 61,546
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
