We are currently looking for a highly driven and self-directed Administrative Assistant to support our growing project demands in our Construction Project Office in Redmond, WA.  In this role you will help with Document Control, Contract Administration and Accounting and maximize our efficiencies.  

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

•    Assisting in the paperwork process of getting project agreements/change orders executed through the approval workflow 
•    Properly filing all associated project submittal and transmittal paperwork 
•    Setting up and managing subcontract agreements electronically in our accounting system
•    Setting up cost tracking logs for project cost and payment reporting and review for accuracy weekly
•    Processing contract invoices through approved project payforms
•    Troubleshooting subcontract payment holds and seeking prompt resolution
•    General accounts payable support
•    Other general office administration support when needed

Qualifications
•    High school diploma/GED and at least 2 + years of administrative experience, preferably for engineering, construction or oil/gas/chemical company
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, 
•    Must be customer service oriented with excellent communication skills (verbal and written) 
•    Must be a self-starter and highly motivated with the desire to do what it takes to get the job done
•    Must be process driven, meticulously detail oriented and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
•    Punctuality and good attendance is essential in this role
•    Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship, both now and in the future

Working Conditions 
•    Fast-paced office environment; must be able to interact professionally with all levels of management and the public while simultaneously manage a diversified workload and challenging situations efficiently and effectively; regularly sit, stand, walk and talk and listen; occasionally lift and move objects up to 30 pounds.
