As a Senior Licensing Specialist, you will be expected to wear several hats in supporting our equipment group with vehicle licensing and DOT assessment coordination. District Overview
Kiewit Equipment Services (KES) helps to ensure the profitability of Kiewit projects through the improved equipment utilization and mechanical reliability by delivering world-class equipment and service.
Location
This position is based out of Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities
Vehicle Registration and Licensing
• Manage fleet licensing in 12+ states 1400 vehicles
• Work with projects on inspections, VIN verifications and emission related requirements
• Assist equipment staff in establishing individual state accounts
• Monitor and complete renewals
• Ensure annual reporting
• Coordinate annual insurance renewals for region
• Apply for equipment permits
• Other duties as assigned
Equipment Sales
• Work with Regional equipment staff prior to renewal for potential sales
• Coordinate with corporate headquarters for titles
Office Management
• Support Regional equipment manager
• Manage SharePoint
• Upload all necessary documents to company management site
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience managing direct reports
• 2+ years’ experience in regulatory compliance and process improvement
• SAP experience a plus
• Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
• Must be able to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to solve unique problems with creative solutions
• Strong communication skills
• Vigorous understanding of the interrelationship among processes, risk and controls
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications required
