Position Overview

As a Supply Chain Contracts Admin, you will support the Contract Management Services team and will be responsible for managing invoice allocations, tracking missing documents, performing quality control checks on contracts and change orders, and supporting various data entry and administrative tasks. This role requires close collaboration with contracts staff, compliance, and other internal teams.

Location

This role is to be based at our Abernathy Bridge Project site, just outside of Portland, OR 

Responsibilities

  • Subcontract Payment Administration
  • Invoice receipt/review
  • Payment form creation, workflow routing
  • Contract requirement verification
  • Lien waivers received for prior payment
  • Insurance cert certified payroll up to date
  • Sub/MC payment status and issue resolution
  • Additional status/communication during weekly status reporting
  • Support month end accruals for Sub/MC values
  • Project Control determines number and enters
  • Coordinate monthly vendor progress meetings (targeted)
  • Month end meeting reporting (MOR content prep)
  • Other activities as assign

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, construction management or related degree preferred
•    0-3 years’ experience in an engineering and/or construction related role preferred
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) 
•    General knowledge of database utilization
•    SAP Experience a plus
•    Basic knowledge of areas of procurement
•     Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative 
•     Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time 
•     Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity 
•     Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt 
•     Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills  
•     Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives 
•     Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
