Position Overview

Kiewit is one of North America’s largest and most respected engineering and construction organizations, and one of the most profitable.  Kiewit’s commitment to safety, quality and environmental stewardship are ingrained in everything we do. It’s visible in our core values, the work that we build and in our people.  We are actively looking for a 3D or 4D Modeler/Detailer to add to our team for the district, supporting heavy civil landmark projects in several market areas including Water/Wastewater, Power, and Transportation including Road/Bridge and Rail.  In this role, you will work with engineers and designers to create intelligent models for these projects as well as analyze those models to calculate quantities and volumes of materials used for active projects and for bids/proposals.  Typically, once models and quantity comparisons are developed, those results are handed off to estimators to develop sound estimates to help us to win work and address change orders on existing projects.   You will support both hard-bid, Design/build and EPC projects for our district, which could include landmark projects in Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, and Utah.

District Overview
