Position Overview
As a Contracts Administrator for the Southeast district you will oversee and manage the documentation, distribution, execution and organization of the contract process. In this role you will work with a team of both senior and project leadership, including construction- engineering professional.

District Overview
Kiewit's Southeast District is one of Kiewit's leading infrastructure districts specializing in heavy civil, transportation, and water resource markets. Projects you could be working on could include building bridges, airports, mass transit systems, canals, dams, pump stations or tunnels. Although most of our work is regionally based in the southeast region of the United States, we also pursue various projects stretching across the east coast. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about infrastructure and committed to the construction industry as opposed to design.

This position is based out of Peachtree City, Georgia
Responsibilities
- Administer the coordination, communication, distribution and execution of all material contracts, subcontracts, change orders, PA’s, PO’s, PSA’s and other contract related documents
- Maintain various logs, reports, templates and files for assigned project(s)
- Maintain accurate record in document control for contracts and contract related items
- Manage a hard copy filing system for all contracts and related documents
- Coordinate the distribution of vendor prequalification requests and maintain vendor database
- Maintain working relationship with project counterparts
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team
- Utilize internal database
- Assist in any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, and SharePoint)
- At least two years’ experience working with and processing contracts
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Detail oriented, flexible and highly motivated
- Excellent customer service skills, strong worth ethic and professional demeanor
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
- Team player with the ability to work independently and meet intense deadlines, goals and objectives
