Kiewit has an opportunity available for a Technical Systems Analyst in our Technology Group Division.

Location

This position is located at our office at 12720 I Street, Omaha, NE.  Work schedule is Monday - Thursday, flexible Friday's.

Responsibilities

•    Screen/triage/prioritize/direct incoming requests from the 600+ user base for One Plan, ADO, and potentially Tosca
•    Provide assistance to end users on access requests, as well as simple to moderate hands-on user guidance and direction to available job aids and recorded trainings
•    Utilize skills with Microsoft Office computer programs (specifically, EXCEL, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
•    Support the Solutions Center of Excellence department by monitoring and compiling status reports on KTG projects as well as spot-checking data for accuracy
•    Generate and coordinate department communication about tool updates (email, website updates, etc) and releases
•    Initiate and follow up on action items for new and/or routine projects, processes, and/or policies, with varying levels of urgency and pivot quickly based on shifting priorities
•    Provide system access to new hires and modify system access for job-changes for existing resources
•    Update field choice options within tools and complete basic modifications to tools as required
•    Assist in developing processes and internal documentation, training, and user guides for all tools supported by the Solutions COE
 

Qualifications


•  Minimum of three years of experience in software development or related information management/technology industry
•  Must be able to communicate well with a wide variety of technical acuity. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to present information both to technical and non-technical customers/stakeholders, in appropriate media and form.
•  Experience in troubleshooting and working with various teams in resolving issues / solving complex problems.
•  Good time management and organizational skills preferred.
•  Able to effectively manage multiple priority items in tight timelines
•  Understand the fundamentals of software development lifecycle processes and tools
