Position Overview
Kiewit is dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent through innovative marketing strategies. We are seeking a dynamic Talent Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
As a Talent Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract top talent. You will collaborate with various departments to create compelling marketing assets/activations, manage MAP platforms, and analyze data to optimize our recruitment marketing efforts.
District Overview
HR Operations is an integral partner and service provider at Kiewit. In recent years, we have gone from decentralized HR groups to a unified, shared service team, with various HR Centers of Excellence. Our vision is to be a best-in-class international HR organization.
Location
This position is based out of Omaha, NE. This is a shared service center in a professional office setting.
Responsibilities
- Partner and collaborate with TA Marketing, Recruiting, and Corporate Communications to implement external-facing recruitment marketing strategies.
- Utilize platforms such as Marketo, SuccessFactors, and Paradox to create and maintain segmented lists for targeted outreach.
- Develop targeted campaigns to drive applications.
- Leverage Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, to create visually appealing marketing assets that resonate with potential candidates.
- Support talent marketing efforts, such as social media page management, landing page creation, and in-person activations
- Analyze data and provide reporting on various marketing initiatives
- Support internal best practices documentation and communication for the greater recruiting team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience in a relevant industry.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related marketing fields. Background in Talent Marketing is preferred but not required.
- Experience in email marketing and campaign management; familiarity with Marketo is preferred.
- Skilled in creating branded collateral with experience in Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in copywriting for targeted messaging across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, and native platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. #LI-AK1
