Position Overview
Do you have a passion for solving complex problems and finding innovative solutions? Kiewit is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our Talent Attraction team.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Lead to conduct market research, assist with social campaigns, and interpret various data sets to tell a compelling story. You’ll identify key trends and help execute strategies that build awareness of Kiewit as an employer of choice across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.
Skills gained in this role will be most beneficial to those interested in progressing into digital marketing roles such as/similar to: Marketing Analyst, Marketing Specialist, Campaign Specialist, Marketing Strategist, Brand Specialist, etc.
District Overview
HR Operations is an integral partner and service provider at Kiewit. In recent years, we have gone from decentralized HR groups to a unified, shared service team, with various HR Centers of Excellence. Our vision is to be a best-in-class international HR organization.

Responsibilities
- Work with Talent Attraction to optimize various digital marketing channels, such as paid search, social media advertising, and email marketing
- Participate in various stages of the campaign process
- Analyze and interpret internal and external data sets. Report back on key trends
- Conduct market research to guide strategic decisions
- Provide insight to support our student and campus talent attraction efforts
- Support the creation of internal materials such as presentations and educational resources
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to tell a compelling story
- Good understanding of the latest sales and marketing trends and techniques, or the ability/interest to research and learn
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
- Ability to work well with others; a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to problem solve and find multiple solutions under tight time constraints
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
Base Compensation: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
