Position Overview
Kiewit Supply Network is seeking a specialist team within the Supplier Support Services Department. This
is a new department being stood up within KSN, with the main objective to provide exceptional customer
service to our suppliers.
District Overview
Kiewit Supply Network group specializes in providing comprehensive procurement services to clients
across the construction and engineering industries in multiple markets, including transportation;
water/wastewater; power; oil, gas and chemical; building; and mining. Our key objectives are to offer clients
a world-class service focused on ensuring equipment, materials and services are consistently estimated
and procured at the right price. We strive to offer an appropriate level of quality and ensure materials and
services are delivered on schedule and in compliance with the client’s specifications and expectations.
Location
This position is based out of our Omaha, NE office. This is a shared service environment in a professional
office setting.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a timely system registration and setup
• Resolve a high volume of supplier’s statements and calls
• Train suppliers how to effectively use the supplier portal
• Network and partner with other KSN groups and Kiewit Departments to ensure timely setup and/or
payment
• Perform other job-related tasks as needed or assigned
Qualifications
• Broad system knowledge (SAP, GEP, InEight, APay, KMP, SmatEquip, etc.)
• Understanding of the procure-to-pay process
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong work ethic and self-starter is a must
• Attention to detail with ability to recognize discrepancies

• Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
• Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
