Position Overview
This position is a senior software testing role working with an integrated team of business analysts, product owners and developers. The primary objective for this position is to plan, prepare, and execute a suite of test cases written based on business requirements or user stories as they pertain to changes within the software products. The position also includes defect tracking and status reporting. Should have knowledge and experience with various financial business processes.

Location
This position is located at 12312 Port Grace Blvd, La Vista, NE, 68128. The work schedule is onsite five days per week. *Remote work and sponsorship is not offered for this position.
Responsibilities
•Lead the review of business requirements and analyze complex functional system changes and integration points to ensure adequate test case coverage.
•Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases based on detailed analysis.
•Prioritize and manage test cases based on criticality, ensuring high-risk areas are thoroughly tested.
•Write, review, and approve end-to-end test scenarios and test scripts based on functional specifications.
•Create and maintain test data for all supported applications and stages of testing including functional, integration and regression testing.
•Oversee the review of test plans and test cases with the team, providing guidance and mentorship.
•Execute and oversee functional, integration, and regression test cases, ensuring thorough coverage.
•Identify, record, and manage defects, following established defect management processes.
•Utilize ADO or Agile project tools to manage and track testing activities.
•Provide expert support and retesting during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), assessing test suites for impact.
•Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and test suites to maximize testing efficiencies and maintain software quality.
•Collaborate closely with Project Teams, Change and Release Management, and Application Support Teams to ensure transparent, integrated processes and seamless support delivery.
•Stay current with industry standards and best practices in Software Quality Assurance, implementing improvements as needed.
•Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
Qualifications
•Minimum of 5 years of quality assurance testing experience, with a strong background in both manual and automation testing.
•ISTQB/ASTQB-certified a plus
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Extensive experience in testing application and software enhancements end-to-end and ensuring timely deployment.
•Exceptional communication and partnership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
•Proven experience with Regression, Integration, Functional, and User Acceptance testing.
•Proficiency with Agile project tools and Azure DevOps or equivalent test management tools.
•Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Tosca, Test Complete, or equivalent.
•In-depth understanding of Software Development Lifecycle Management and Application Lifecycle Management methods and industry-standard software quality assurance practices.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with high levels of attention to detail.
•Demonstrated ability to lead QA projects and initiatives, driving quality improvements and efficiencies.
