Position Overview
This position is with the After-The-Fact/E-Commerce procurement group. This group is responsible for completing invoice reconciliations for work orders, managing fuel invoices through Truefill, creating PO’s for our vending suppliers and managing e-commerce activities.

Kiewit Supply Network specializes in providing comprehensive procurement services to clients across the construction and engineering industries in multiple markets, including transportation; water/wastewater; power; oil, gas and chemical; building and mining. Our key objectives are to offer clients a world-class service that ensures equipment, materials and services are consistently estimated and procured at the right price and delivered on schedule.
Location
This position is based in Omaha, NE.
Responsibilities
• Completing invoice reconciliations timely and accurately
• Handle escalations as necessary
• Provide backup to other team members as necessary
• Maintain/Create process documents, training material and work instructions
• Assist with various data analysis and reporting
• Assist with other departmental duties as necessary
Qualifications
• High sense of urgency and follow-through
• Excellent interpersonal & communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish daily work and projects
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
• Team Player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills required, specifically Microsoft Excel
