Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to be an owner of the value contribution that Kiewit Technology Group provides to Kiewit’s Equipment business by enabling their core values of safe and compliant equipment operations, maximum equipment reliability, cost-effective equipment operations, and access to the most modern and technologically advanced fleet available in the market. This role will be a contributor to those values by understanding and communicating how our technological solutions create value for each of the goals set out by Kiewit Equipment Services.

Location
This is a hybrid position and can be based out of our Omaha, Nebraska, Lone Tree, Colorado or Lenexa, Kansas office.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Kiewit Equipment Services and Kiewit Technology Group stakeholders to definite initiatives, priorities, and build roadmaps.
- Continuously build strategies in collaboration with Kiewit Equipment Services to use technology to maximize the utilization of Kiewit’s equipment assets.
- Know the technology landscape of Kiewit Technology Group to understand what tools are available to support initiatives of Kiewit Equipment Services.
- Participate with the team to achieve agreement from Kiewit Equipment Services on initiatives, objectives, and technologies, execute on the plan with a dedicated team of cross-functional team members.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at Kiewit Equipment Services including, but not limited to Kiewit Home Office and Kiewit’s project operations.
- Understand how Kiewit’s equipment is utilized by project operations.
- Understand the composition of Kiewit’s equipment fleet and how effective equipment operations impacts Kiewit’s business.
- General understanding of data management and its importance in making business decisions.
- Understand managerial finance concepts of capacity utilization rates.
- Provide regular updates to all stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, leaders, and peers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree/experience in business, engineering, computer science, or data science with an interest in product management.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, with a focus on organizational development and building rapport.
- Financial literacy experience to drive tangible value calculation of technology and data investments.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
- Excellent leadership skills to drive customer success of technology initiatives.
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer facing technology focused role.
- Minimum of 2 years leading functional or cross-functional teams to deliver successful technology solutions.
- Ability to influence and work effectively with other departments and external vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering a plus.
- Experience working on ERP systems desired, SAP is a plus
- Interest in AI and Data a plus

Base Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
