Position Overview: The Kiewit Technology Group (KTG) Manager of Project Management is responsible for the adherence to project delivery processes as well as agile values and principles within the project delivery teams and throughout the organization. In addition traditional occasional Scrum Master responsibilities, managers are responsible for the establishment of goals for team members, as well as the refinement of policies and procedures

•    Drive establishment, documentation and enforcement of Project Delivery processes and procedures
•    Lead and motivate direct reports to ensure consistent project management services and seamless project delivery throughout the organization
•    Articulates clear performance goals and provides frequent performance measurement feedback
•    Understands and can advocate for the value of all services in the Product Delivery organization   (Project Management, Business Analysis, Quality Analysis, Development, UX/UI)
•    Conducts critical conversations as needed with direct reports, holds team members accountable for follow through
•    Ensure appropriate and timely communication of work progress to all levels of the organization
•    Partner with product group leaders to ensure our work aligns with business and leadership priorities
•    Identify, monitor, report, escalate, and resolve resource-related issues that may impact critical project deliverables and timelines
•    Prepare and present pertinent project and program material to key stakeholders at leadership levels. 
•    Oversees work as needed for project teams
•    Utilize project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone schedules and completions, project issues, and overall project progress.
•    Drives the establishment and enforcement of ground rules and cultural norms across all teams
•    Encourages teams to be self-organizing and self-managing.  Encourage organic interaction over scheduled meetings.
•    Protects project teams by identifying and removing or escalating any distractions, impediments or roadblocks

•    Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a management or supervisor role
•    Minimum five (5) as software development Project Manager/Scrum Master or a related information management / technology role
•    In depth experience with each of the core project management methodologies (waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
•    Must be able to communicate well with teams. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to present information both to technical and non-technical customers/stakeholders, in appropriate media and form. 
•    Must ensure Agile / Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to; must be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls
•    Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus
•    Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
•    Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
•    Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity 
•    Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt
•    Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills 
•    Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
•    Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
