Position Overview

The Kiewit Equipment Services Document Clerk will be working closely with our business group within the district to manage and sort filing of vehicle titling and licensing of our equipment fleet.

Location

This position will be based out of our Corporate Office in Omaha, NE.

Responsibilities

•    Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieval of electronic and hard copy equipment related MSO’s, COO’s, titles and etc.
•    Maintain records of incoming and outgoing equipment-related MSO’s, Titles, COO’s, and POA’s, Statement of Leases and etc.
•    Support the efforts to ensure that the system documents are maintained with accurate and current information.
•    Assist in the execution of special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of record keeping experience, general paperwork tracking in a high volume environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience in SAP a plus.
