Position Overview
We are looking to hire a mid-level Identity/Access Analyst to join our Security & Access team! We need someone who is process-focused and can influence decisions across teams and functional areas. Previous application security experience, especially with Saviynt, is highly desirable. Experience gathering business requirements, driving projects to completion, and communicating effectively will be critical to success in this role.
As an Identity & Access Analyst, you will talk to technical peers, business stakeholders, and managers about what systems, applications, and processes they are rolling out and how Kiewit should address systems and data security. Our access analysts play a pivotal role in ensuring Kiewit’s systems are built with the appropriate balance of access to information and level of security controls. The ideal candidate will be able to dissect processes and suggest improvements, and be willing to communicate recommendations to focus groups, large audiences, and executive panels.

Location
This position is located at our Omaha office at 12720 I Street. The work schedule is onsite with the option to work remote on Friday's.
Responsibilities
•Interact with functional, technical, and support teams to design, document, and implement business-driven security solutions, including user account & role design, authorizations, transactions, and reports.
•Gather and document business requirements, work with Project Management and Business Process teams to deliver security projects, track progress and communicate status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
•Become an expert in security administration and help foster ideas for continuous improvement by working with business peers and Service Desk staff while maintaining technical documentation.
•Manage configurations of security tools and integrations with other applications.
•Onboarding applications into security tools and working with application owners/users to streamline and ensure success with integrations.
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field such as IT Security, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)
•3-5 years of related work experience (Information Security, Access Management, etc.) beyond the classroom required
•Some experience with the development and maintenance of information systems, infrastructure, applications, databases, and other data center technologies
•Experience managing and configuring Saviynt and its application modules with a security and enterprise-minded focus.
•Understanding user lifecycle (JML) management processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and user recertification.
•Proficiency in creating and maintaining access and identity management-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
•Knowledge of role-based access controls (RBAC) and attribute-based access controls (ABAC) and their utilization in an enterprise setting.
•Knowledge of role mining and role engineering methodologies to design and optimize RBAC models
•Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory user and group management, single sign-on, and other authentication and authorization concepts and technologies preferred
•Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills required
•Must be self-motivated and self-directed, able to work independently and with cross-functional teams in a complex and fast-paced environment
•Knowledge of or experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (including SAP ECC, SRM, CRM, etc.) is a plus.
