Position Summary
As a Continuous Improvement Coach, you will support Kiewit Technology Group by providing process improvement and change management coaching with the goal of improved quality resulting in end user/customer satisfaction.  

Responsibilities
•    Coaches teams on Continuous Improvement Methodologies and drives organizational maturity in lean management
•    Facilitates continuous improvement workshops including preparing agendas, group activities, documents and training resulting in measurable, team-authored, practical improvements in processes
•    Identifies opportunities to create visible, meaningful process metrics to drive quality and customer satisfaction
•    Supports implementation of process improvements including coaching teams and leaders to utilize process metrics to implement a cadence of Plan, Do, Check, Adjust
•    Effectively manages organizational change of process improvements and is a passionate evangelist for institutionalizing continuous improvement methodologies
•    Participates in the creation of tactical process improvement plans and takes ownership of driving successful outcomes
•    Collaborates effectively in a diverse multi-disciplinary environment.  Builds engagement with virtual teams, effectively manages stakeholder relationships and acts as a trusted advisor to improve and engineer processes

Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
•    Experience in implementing Continuous Improvement Methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Etc.) in professional administrative environments
•    5+ years in team leadership roles either as manager, project manager or team lead
•    Lean Certification preferred 
•    Certification in at least one IT Process Framework preferred
•    Experience in designing and utilizing Business Intelligence Tools preferred
•    Strong Microsoft Office Tools skillset preferred
