Position Overview

The position will support Operations Compliance department with monitoring and analyzing data, troubleshooting, and running reports within the incident management system, administrate a learning management system and other responsibilities as assigned within the InEight Compliance tool.  This position will work 30 – 40 hours per week over the summer. The candidate must be a strong communicator, fast learner, adept at managing multiple responsibilities and able to work collaboratively with business partners at all levels of the organization. A person with high attention to detail and time management skills to consistently meet deadlines is key for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating Project Mitigation Action Plans (MAP)
  • Create tasks in the Compliance tool based on regulatory risks (DOL, DFARS, FARs, USDOT, ATF, etc.)
  • Produce business reports and on-demand reporting
  • Perform data analysis
  • Other responsibilities as assigned, or as new processes are developed

Qualifications

  • Must be organized, high time management skills, task-orientated, and proficient in setting and meeting deadlines
  • The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a Analytics, Business, Accounting, or related degree
  • Previous track record of successfully meeting deadlines and project expectations
  • Must have strong analytical skills to be able to interpret and understand complex data
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Previous experience with Tableau and/or Excel, especially pivot tables, charts, conditional sums and formatting, and v-lookups is strongly preferred
