Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include entry-level office support including but not limited to answering phones, making copies, sending faxes, maintaining office supplies
  • Effectively manage advertisements
  • CRM management and organization. Inputting data in order to track information about future opportunities and prospective clients
  • Managing meeting notes for market calls
  • Working with graphic designers to develop marketing material
  • Help manage Underground District’s weekly newsletter
     

Qualifications
•    Effective writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
•    Attention to detail and organizational skills
•    Strong customer service orientation
•    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
•    Ability to manage confidential information in strict confidence
•    Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
