Key Responsibilities
•    Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping 
•    Coordination of meeting invites, agendas and logistics
•    Attend meetings to record minutes
•    Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
•    File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
•    Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
•    Provide assistance with proof-reading documents; maintaining database files; assembling project support material; and ordering/organizing office supplies
•    Prepare communications as needed with the needs of the audience in mind
•    Gather data and prepare reports
•    Collaborate with managers on projects and process improvements
•    Prepare metrics reports for management review
•    Assist with event planning

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
•    Prior administrative experience
•    Strong organizational skills
•    Ability to handle work of a confidential nature
•    Ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
•    Ability to meet deadlines, sometimes at short notice, and be able to work overtime as required
