Position Overview
Administrative Assistant position based in Lone Tree, CO. The Administrative Assistant should have 1 or more years of experience supporting employees and management, be familiar with current technical tools/programs/software, and have professional practices. This position focuses heavily on making travel arrangements and submitting expense reports. This is an in-office position offering 30 hours a week with potential for up to 40 hours depending on business needs.
District Overview
Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering's Design-Build team is driving clients to turn to Kiewit during all stages of design-build projects. Through our integrated design and construction approach, our multi-disciplinary team works together to improve schedule, control costs and minimize risk. Our construction-focused engineers work collaboratively with our estimators and builders to design solutions that are innovative, constructible, and designed with a focus on safety. Clients benefit from the proven processes and tools used by Kiewit to minimize project risk. We are an in-house resource that supports projects throughout the company. Location
This Position is based out of our Lone Tree, CO Offices.
Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support for the operations support team, district employees, and management.
· Create, edit, and format documents such as organizational charts, memos, and correspondence.
· Arrange and coordinate travel reservations for senior management, new hires, and interns.
· Complete and submit expense reports for senior management.
· Collaborate with other administrative staff and department members to foster a positive and productive work environment. Support cross-functional teamwork and contribute to a cohesive team dynamic.
· Maintain a working knowledge of standard software/technology.
Qualifications
• 1+ year(s) of experience as an administrative assistant or similar support role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Visio.
• Working knowledge of Concur Travel and Expense or similar software.
• Experience with Bluebeam or FoxIT PDF editors, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Smartsheet a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Detail-oriented and ability to think independently.

Base Compensation: $40,000/yr - $43,500/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
