Position Overview
The Project Controls Analyst role is critical to the success of engineering projects as they are responsible for accurate, timely, and reliable project controls management and reporting services that provide detailed analytical feedback on the status of the project…allowing Project Management to make educated decisions on prudent adjustments.

Location
This position is located in Lenexa, KS.
Responsibilities
- Understand the process and data requirements for engineering estimates and project setup.
- Understand technical aspects of standard reports and how to interpret and resolve issues.
- Interact with other PCA’s to assist in training & error identification/resolution.
- Interact with project scheduler to resolve issues in schedule derived reporting data.
- Interact with project team to provide analysis of reporting results.
Qualifications
- Proficient with data management practices and tools.
- Competent at managing Project Data and producing weekly/monthly Project earned value reporting.
- Functional understanding of Account Codes, Cost Codes, and Rules of Credit (Claiming Schemes).
- Capable of reading/interpreting key Project Controls reports.
- Capable of reading/interpreting P6 CPM schedules.
- Can handle multiple projects of varying size.
