Position Overview

As an Analytics and BI Manager you will direct, oversee and support the Analytics & BI team in the delivery of business intelligence solutions aligned to project, departmental, and divisional needs.  A successful candidate must excel in team leadership, have a high attention to detail, and time management skills to lead the team to consistently meet expected deadlines.   Additionally, the Analytics and BI Manager needs to a capable communicator, adept at managing multiple responsibilities and able to work collaboratively with business partners at all levels of the organization.  #LI-GF1

This position will be based out of our Lenexa, Kansas office. This is a shared service center in a professional office setting. 


  • Manage a team of BI and Analytics professionals in delivering quality solutions on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction
  • Organization and delegation of assignments to team members
  • Ensure that process and procedures for solution delivery are in place and enforced
  • Emphasize the quality of changes to systems are viewed holistically with the intent to protect the integrity of the platform
  • Stakeholder management and decision-making skills to influence positive outcomes
  • Engage, collaborate, and partner with different functional leaders, technical leaders, and executive partners
  • Empower members of the team to grow their skillset with focus on career goal progression


  • Years of experience: 5+ years in IT or Business Reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology field or equivalent experience
  • 5 plus years of experience managing a team
  • Travel – limited < 20%
  • Good understanding of change control principles
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills 
  • Expert in communicating both verbal and written technical or business content
  • Consistently demonstrates the ability to successfully negotiate conflict
  • Consistently demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Good knowledge of data management and data security fundamentals
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and motivate a team
