Position Overview

Kiewit Power Delivery Group is seeking a motivated Transmission Line Project Manager to join our growing Power Delivery team. This senior-level position involves leading and managing a team of skilled engineers and designers to make a significant impact in the power delivery industry. You will oversee the construction and execution of transmission projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

•    Lead and manage the construction and execution of transmission line projects ranging from 12kV to 500kV.
•    Oversee the creation of computer models of overhead electric transmission lines and structures using PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and TOWER.
•    Assemble drawings, specifications, and design criteria for the procurement of tubular steel structures, lattice towers, and transmission line hardware.
•    Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
•    Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
•    Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
•    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering and design teams.
•    Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
•    Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
•    Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 10 years of experience in transmission line construction and project management.
•    Proficiency in PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and TOWER software.
•    Strong leadership and team management skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects is a plus.

Base Compensation: $138,000/yr - $145,000/yr

(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
