Position Overview

Digital Delivery Program Manager leads the implementation and continuous improvement of our cloud-based documentation and equipment tracking platform. This role will support the Data Center Quality and Commissioning teams, working closely with project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital tools that enhance visibility, traceability, and performance across the commissioning lifecycle.
This position will serve as the central point of contact for the Digital Delivery platform within the Data Center business unit, while also coordinating with adjacent business units such as Advanced Manufacturing and Advanced Facilities. The ideal candidate will drive innovation in digital workflows, training, and tool adoption to elevate quality assurance and commissioning outcomes.

Our rapidly growing Industrial Design Group, which includes process, electrical, controls, structural, architectural, geotechnical, and civil disciplines, is a multi-faceted and leading-edge division of Kiewit with best-in-class technical expertise focused on EPC and design-build delivery of industrial projects in markets such as Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, Heavy Manufacturing, Industrial Buildings Industrial Water and Utilities. We have specialized expertise in plant floor process design, packaging, refrigerated/frozen facility design, and ammonia refrigeration systems.

In addition to the markets above the fire protection group provides direct support for Kiewit's Infrastructure and Power generation engineering and construction teams. In this capacity, engineers can expect to be exposed to various different project types and challenges.

This position is based out of our Lenexa, Kansas office. 

Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Industry Alignment
•    Provide strategic input during early-stage planning and commissioning readiness reviews to ensure digital tools align with client and program requirements.
•    Stay current with emerging technologies and digital commissioning trends to inform platform enhancements.
•    Contribute to long-term planning and digital transformation strategies within the Data Center Quality & Commissioning organization.
Team Development, Training & Process Optimization
•    Build and lead a team of digital delivery specialists and coordinators focused on commissioning and quality workflows.
•    Mentor commissioning leads and quality managers on best practices for digital documentation and equipment tracking.
•    Develop and execute training programs for internal teams and external partners on the use of the proprietary platform.
•    Standardize and continuously improve commissioning workflows, leveraging digital tools to enhance data accuracy, compliance, and reporting.
•    Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through automation and streamlined digital processes.
Digital Execution & Platform Leadership
•    Lead the deployment and operational management of the cloud-based documentation and equipment tracking tool across multiple data center programs.
•    Collaborate with commissioning teams to define digital workflows, data standards, and reporting structures.
•    Facilitate digital onboarding and kickoff sessions to align stakeholders on platform usage, expectations, and deliverables.
•    Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the Common Data Environment (CDE) for commissioning documentation and equipment lifecycle tracking.
•    Support integration with other digital tools (e.g., BIM, QA/QC platforms) to ensure a cohesive digital ecosystem.
•    Monitor platform usage, data quality, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
•    Manage program budgets, resource planning, and digital delivery milestones.

Qualifications

Required:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
•    10+ years of experience in commissioning, quality management, or digital delivery roles within data center or mission-critical environments.
•    Proven experience implementing and managing digital tools for documentation, equipment tracking, or commissioning workflows.
•    Strong leadership and communication skills in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
•    Familiarity with BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Compass, CxAlloy) and their integration with commissioning platforms.
•    Experience with automation tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, Dynamo, C#).
•    Knowledge of commissioning standards and best practices (ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, etc.).
