Position Overview
This position will support Kiewit Equipment Services (KES) Equipment Logistics Group, working independently and with the team to perform a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical duties. The administrator will be responsible for processing all clerical systematic procedures. Strong candidates will also participate in developing and executing a variety of reports.

Responsibilities
• SAP actions including job transfers, status changes, driver updates, and system notes
• 3GTMS trucking requests
• Requisition completion
• Execute reports weekly
• Maintain action items and notes
• Apparel orders for Dept and or internal groups as needed
• Smartsheet updates
• Weekly region reporting
• Assist with schedule preparation
• Assist with Mobilization quotes
• Assist with Travel Arrangements for Dept Managers/Employees as needed
Qualifications
• Prior administrative support experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma
• Equipment knowledge a plus
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Must be a positive, pro-active, strong team participant with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Experience using Smartsheet desired; otherwise technologically savvy with the ability to pick up new software quickly.
• Experience and ability to work in a fast paced office, with multiple responsibilities, and able to pivot as necessary to new tasks
• Experience performing outbound calls to resolve issues and verify information
• Demonstrated record of success working in a highly diverse team-oriented office environment.
• Displays the following competencies: Detail orientation, Ability to multi-task, great communication skills (orally and written), computer savvy, problem solving skills, team orientation, ability to work at a fast pace
