Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Document Control Specialist to support our team in managing and maintaining critical documentation processes. This role is essential to ensuring compliance, accuracy, and accessibility of controlled documents across the organization.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain document control systems and procedures.
Responsible for training and guiding projects teams on document control standards, workflow and systems.
Manage document lifecycle including creation, revision, approval, distribution, and archiving.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support audits and inspections.
Train staff on document control processes and tools.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Ability to travel to Project Sites as needed. 10-25%
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in document control, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., nuclear, pharmaceutical, aerospace).
Strong understanding of document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, InEight).
Must have a solid technical aptitude for many software applications and learn new software effortlessly.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must possess an aptitude to lead and manage people.
Ability to keep up with fast-paced atmosphere and understanding of how to prioritize work based on business needs.
