This position is based our Laval, QC office.
Responsibilities
Includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following.
- Prepare various reports and presentations
- Miscellaneous data entry
- Assist in procurement project startup process
- Types or enters information into computer to prepare correspondence or other documents, copying information from one record to another for project team.
- Sorts and files records.
- Setting up meeting rooms, arranging food deliveries, setting up workspace for new hires
- Addresses and prepares envelopes or packages.
- Prepares project files for archive.
- Answers telephone, conveys messages, and runs errands.
- document management.
- Organizes vendor, project and training luncheons.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual in French and English. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel experience, Type 75 words per minute.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or DEC); and three to six months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
