This position is based our Laval, QC office. 

Responsibilities

Includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following. 

  • Prepare various reports and presentations
  • Miscellaneous data entry
  • Assist in procurement project startup process
  • Types or enters information into computer to prepare correspondence or other documents, copying information from one record to another for project team.
  • Sorts and files records.
  • Setting up meeting rooms, arranging food deliveries, setting up workspace for new hires
  • Addresses and prepares envelopes or packages.
  • Prepares project files for archive.
  • Answers telephone, conveys messages, and runs errands.
  • document management.
  • Organizes vendor, project and training luncheons.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual in French and English.  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel experience, Type 75 words per minute. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or DEC); and three to six months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for periods of time during assembly of documents, to sit and talk or hear.  The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
