Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will play a central role in ensuring the successful development, implementation, and execution of all training programs within our district. You will partner with subject matter experts and training managers to create comprehensive training plans, manage logistics, and help with developing engaging learning materials. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a passion for employee development and a strong understanding of adult learning principles

Location

This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel requirements. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the training manager and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop training plans, schedules, and timelines that align with company objectives.
  • Oversee logistical aspects of training programs.
  • Manage and track training program progress, monitor completion rates, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and complete training records in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in administration of Talent Navigator (Learning Management System).
  • Assist with content development as necessary, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and effectiveness of training materials.
  • Foster strong communication with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed of training program progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training program coordination or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex training initiatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Learning Management Systems a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently with a decentralized team.
