Location
This position is based on an active DOE jobsite-Scoville, ID/Idaho Falls, ID.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Team Support
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist with team-building initiatives and internal engagement efforts.
- Handle phone and email communications professionally and efficiently.
Project & Collaboration Support
- Collaborate with team members on key projects and strategic initiatives.
- Support cross-functional coordination and scheduling of inter-group and company-wide meetings.
Communications & Creative Support
- Assist with messaging, writing, editing, and research for internal and external communications.
- Provide basic design support for branding, marketing materials, and company events.
- Help organize and support online media and video production projects.
Financial & Reporting Support
- Manage expense reports, invoicing, and purchasing card transactions.
- Track budgets and prepare related reports for internal and external use.
Qualifications
- Prior administrative support experience required.
- A bachelor’s or associate degree related to the role strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with peripheral technology such as printers, digital cameras, scanners, and A/V equipment.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and materials.
- Enthusiastic team player with a passion for helping teams stay connected and work effectively together.
