Position Overview
Our Kiewit Nuclear Regional Team is looking for hiring of an Admin Specialist. This position will be of critical importance to our Idaho Falls Operations Team and will contribute to our long-term market success. You will play a critical role in our Get Work and Build Work Strategies. This means multiple responsibilities with our regional office and one of our current projects. You will play a critical role in developing administrative operations in varying capacities, prepare reports utilizing Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and take on special projects as needed. This candidate must be a proactive thinker and comfortable communicating with the project team. Must be able to work quickly and multi-task across a broad array of responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Manage office duties at our Kiewit Nuclear Regional Office
- Manage front desk and be the introduction face of Kiewit for visitors and employees.
- Manage calls and relay messages as needed.
- Manage office supply needs and service requests.
- Manage office cost expenses for reconciliation and support of billing.
- Manage all other general office policies.
- Manage staff coordination at our Kiewit Nuclear Regional Office
- Interface with other staff on request or needs.
- Manage and coordinate staff events.
- Coordinate with HR on new hire starts and orientation coordination.
- Assist office team with retrieval of documents or other items from local clients and/or contractors.
- Support scheduling and organization of business development meetings in the office or in other locations around Idaho Falls
- Support our current project execution team.
- Support project staff coordination needs.
- Project staff event coordination
- Support project needs for project report compilation, editing, and submitting.
- Travel required locally in the Idaho Falls area is required and to the jobsite. Valid driver’s license is required to be eligible for operation of a company fleet vehicle.
Qualifications
Experience with Federal Government Work, preferred Department of Energy Experience or Nuclear Industry.
• 5+ years of direct office management experience or heavy administrative assistance experience.
• Self-starting attitude and demonstrated ability to get things done/leadership skills.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Eligibility for this position requires US citizenship; the successful candidate must provide proof of US citizenship in order to obtain badge access to the site.
• Candidate must complete security questionnaire and successfully clear site access requirements.
• All employees are subject and agree to random drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance, as applicable.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Willingness and ability to learn new software for business and document control needs.
