Position Overview

We’re looking for a Talent Marketing Specialist to support candidate engagement and hiring efforts across Kiewit and its subsidiaries. This role will involve creating and organizing content, serving as a client representative for University Recruiting, and managing various candidate engagement initiatives, including email marketing. As part of the Talent Attraction Marketing team, the specialist will also contribute to a variety of company-wide initiatives.

Location

This is an in-office position based in either Houston, TX (585 N Dairy Ashford Rd. Houston,TX ) or (3831 Technology Forest Blvd, The Woodlands, TX); or Omaha, NE (1550 Mike Fahey Street).

Responsibilities

  • Partner and collaborate with TA Marketing, Recruiting, and Corporate Communications to execute external-facing recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage content for digital and print platforms.
  • Serve as a client representative for university recruiting, providing relationship management and project management support.
  • Develop and implement targeted candidate engagement campaigns (email and SMS) using tools like Marketo, SAP SuccessFactors, and Paradox.
  • Provide comprehensive recruiter support, including best practices documentation, job description writing, template creation, and event communication assistance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on engagement tactics and campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, OR equivalent work experience in a relevant industry
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, community engagement campaigns, or related marketing fields
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Experience in MAP/CRM systems and email campaigning; Stripo and Marketo preferred
  • Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign for content creation
  • Proficiency in copywriting for targeted messaging across multiple platforms
  • Ability to track, interpret, and report engagement metrics to measure campaign success
  • Background in Talent Marketing is preferred but not required #LI-AK1
