Project Quality Coordinator
Summary
The Project Quality Coordinator reports directly to the Quality Manager.  He or she is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Quality Management System, monitoring and reporting compliance to ISO 9001:2015 and company’s procedures across projects, providing consultation and direction in adherence to those procedures, as well as identifying and providing recommendations on gaps in procedure. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but is not necessarily limited to the following:
• Maintains a high level of understanding of company standards and guidelines
• Maintains a solid knowledge base of District Quality Manuals
• Facilitates quality presentations as required
• Identify potential quality incidents before they arise
• Develops an understanding and knowledge of ISO Standards.
• Disseminates quality information in the office and on the intranet results to managers on a weekly basis, writing monthly articles for company newsletter, presenting information at department discipline meetings, etc.
• Draft and maintain the Project Procedures Manual
• Trains employees on the company quality program to include participation in Project Procedure Manual training, New Hire Orientation and department meetings
• Interface with Project Management to communicate project conformances/non-conformances identified through quality metrics.
• Interface with Department Management on non-conformances and strategies for improvement
• Assist in tracking non-conformance trends, and disseminate information to the Departments, the Quality Management Team, as well as the other Project Quality Coordinators.
• Ensure project deliverables follow the PPM, Operations Standards/Processes/Workflows, and all EPC contract requirements through a continual documentation check throughout the life of the project.
• Contribute to the development of new reporting tools
• Communicate changes to quality programs as well as QPA findings
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed above are representative of this knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Written and verbal communications are vital to this position.
Computer Skills
Experience with work processing, spreadsheet and database applications required.
Education and/or Experience
Associate’s degree in Quality Management and/or two years related experience in Quality Assurance.  ASQ Audit certification is preferred.
