Primary Responsibilities

•    Effectively manage and deliver timely and accurate information (data, models and documents) that are integrated and transferred from all project stakeholders
•    Setup and manage information and automation technology for a project team
•    Develop and manage project specific information management plans
•    Act as the driver for ensuring proactive communication and collaboration for all information management issues between various project execution locations
•    Requires basic knowledge of administrative practices and company standards
•    Demonstrated strong knowledge of industry standards and design criteria within the engineering industry
•    Knowledge of engineering data management systems
•    Proficient knowledge of project engineering processes and procedures
•    Proficient execution planning skills
•    Strong in organizing and managing complex engineering data management activities
•    Working knowledge of the EPC business 
•    Communicate project requirements to various stakeholders and leadership

•    BS in an Engineering, Information Management, or related technical degree field with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Information Manager (or equivalent).  5 years without degree.
•    Experience using electronic data management systems for collecting, controlling, normalizing, reporting and delivering project data
•    Experience working with large contractor organizations and performing effectively in a multi-disciplinary, multicultural environment
•    Experience with the complete EPC project lifecycle from proposal through final handover
•    Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
•    Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
•    Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
•    Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt
•    Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
•    Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
•    Strong organizational skills, time management, and knowing when to dive into details without losing site of the project objectives.
