Position Overview

Kiewit is seeking a highly motivated, creative and detail-oriented Digital Strategist to support our energy and water businesses. This position provides an exciting opportunity to be a part of an expanding proposal and marketing group that supports more than $4 billion in annual revenue across the US, Canada and Mexico. 


Would be open to either Houston TX (Energy Corridor) or The Woodlands TX.  


•    Create cost-effective digital strategies with a centralized approach using shared resources for execution 
•    Implement improvements across marketing, proposals and creative teams
•    Manage and analyze performance metrics and goal setting
•    Research latest digital tools and trends
•    Identify and implement web tools, manage content and optimize SEO
•    Support interactive content and digital advertising
•    Develop and manage social media campaigns, organic and paid efforts, including employee advocacy/executive thought leadership program
•    Support Energy Marketing Managers, Proposal Managers and Business Executives
•    Develop content that is compelling, clear and concise for energy, oil, gas & chemical, industrial and water markets.
•    Implement and manage best practices and processes for digital initiatives.


  • 7-10+ years of experience in integrated, strategic digital marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.  
  • Firm grasp of emerging digital tools and digital touchpoints.
  • Possess broad knowledge of best digital practices.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality with attention to detail and consistency in work product.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented, dependable. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to problem solve and find multiple solutions under tight time constraints.
