Position Overview
The Logistics Coordinator role is critical to successful implementation and management of on-machine equipment technology, including safety features, 2D & 3D Grade Control, Remote Control, and productivity tools. This position supports back-office tasks, including scheduling, acquisition, billing, Inventory control, and asset tracking.

Location
This position will be based out of 1400 Ranchers Legacy Trail, Fort Worth, TX 76126
Responsibilities
• Effectively communicate with various Kiewit employees across the company
• Manage inventory and kit building
• Create and distribute KCT performance metrics and reports
• Utilize CMMS software for asset management and scheduling
• Abide by Kiewit and project safety guidelines
• Ensure data accuracy for all KCT processes
• Track and manage all inbound and outbound assets
• Accurately forecast all KCT assets and inventory
Qualifications
• Ability to communicate effectively with users and management
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite and other data entry software
• Logistics coordinator experience (2+ year)
• Relevant Construction Technology experience (preferred)
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated and self-directed with strong communication skills
• CMMS experience (preferred)
• Goal oriented and proficient multi-tasking skills
