Position Overview
The DOT Compliance Administrative Specialist will provide job wide support for all CDL DOT personnel on their assigned construction project. This position will be responsible for signing up and recording daily maintenance of DOT compliance throughout the duration of the project. This role will work with DOT drivers to complete drivers files and keeping up to date documentation for all DOT physical forms.

Kiewit's South-Central District is one of Kiewit's leading infrastructure districts specializing in heavy civil, transportation, and water resource markets. Projects you could be working on could include mass grading, drainage, paving, utility and more. Although most of our work is regionally based in the south-central region of the United States, we also pursue various projects stretching across the United States. Responsibilities
• Supporting the day-to-day office administrative needs for the DOT functions.
• Maintaining excellent recordkeeping of DOT related reports.
• Supporting any project DOT activities as needed.
• Scanning and uploading documents for record retention purposes.
• Monitor and maintain DOT compliance for construction project.
• Manage and order all DOT forums/documents.
Qualifications
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1 – 3 years of experience working an administrative role within the construction industry required
• Experience providing DOT administrative support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc) required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work with teams across varying departments
