District Overview
Kiewit’s Northern California District is one of Kiewit’s leading infrastructure districts specializing in various types of work in the heavy civil, power, transportation, and water resource markets. Although most of our work is regionally based in Northern California, we also pursue various projects across the west coast. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about infrastructure and committed to the construction industry rather than design.

Responsibilities

Upload Correspondence, process RFI’s, Submittals, Transmittals, Safety Reports, Environmental Reports

Download, process and distribute correspondence

Standard systems used include SharePoint and Smart Sheet

Other systems used include InEight Document, EADOC, Project Wise, Procore, and various other industry Document control platforms (prior experience encouraged but not required)

Update and manage correspondence logs, RFI logs and submittal logs

Update and manage construction drawing as-builts

Good demeanor, eager to please, works well with others

Reliable, shows up on time, does what is required to get the job done

Weekly Hours: 40 hours max.
Qualifications
- Prior administrative support experience required.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Strong expertise in Bluebeam
- Previous track record of successfully meeting deadlines and project expectations.
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, as needed.
- Ability to maintain strict confidence of important, sensitive information and materials.
- Enthusiastic team player with an interest in helping the team stay connected and working effectively together.
