•    Support construction activities by planning, organizing and implementing varied management duties across multiple disciplines
•    Assist in developing Field Engineering staff for field based assignments.
•    Be involved in district planning in collaboration with district management
•    Participate in district communications, training and retention initiatives

•    Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field of engineering or equivalent experience and education and a minimum of 10 years’ construction experience, with focus on heavy industrial and energy-related construction preferred.
•    Must have proven abilities and skills in the following: leadership and management of people, communication (verbal and written), planning, organization and delegation.
•    Must have working knowledge and be able to direct the operation of construction management reporting systems.
•    Advanced knowledge of applications including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point and similar business tools

Working Conditions 
•    Fast-paced project construction office environment; must be able to interact professionally with all levels of management, client representatives, staff and craft while simultaneously managing a diversified workload and challenging situations efficiently and effectively; regularly sit, stand, walk and talk and listen; occasionally lift and move up objects up to 30 pounds.
•    Travel in the U.S. as needed, typically on a short-term basis.
