Position Overview
Looking to kick-start your career in Information Technology? How would you like to get your foot in the door of a large, complex, Enterprise IT environment with more than 10,000 users? Kiewit Technology Group is looking to hire an Intern for the summer.

We are looking for someone who is sharp, personable, organized, who takes initiative, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can thrive in a multi-tasked, team environment, build relationships, and communicate effectively across the organization.

Kiewit Technology Group’s (KTG) mission is to deliver project schedule and cost certainty by employing technology designed by and for the construction industry. This position is based out of Colorado
Responsibilities
This position will assist our Innovation team with technology research and technology proof of concepts aligned with our Innovations team’s Accelerator program. In addition to the research and development of technologies driven by the innovation team. This position will also have the opportunity to assist in research to support our process of ideation.
Qualifications
- Shows eagerness and ability to learn technologies and get outside their comfort zone
- Experience with OOP languages preferred
- Experience working with teams
- Knowledge of source control, deployment strategies, and working in a collaborative development environment a plus
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
- Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time
- Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
- Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
