Position Overview
The Construction Technology Deployment Technician plays a key role in preparing, assembling, and coordinating technology packages for delivery to projects across the country. This includes configuring equipment, installing software, verifying components, and managing asset tracking through digital systems. The role requires a strong attention to detail, technical curiosity, and the ability to handle physical inventory in a warehouse environment.
This position also offers the opportunity to assist in minor adaptations and innovations to tailor technology to specific project needs, making it an ideal fit for someone with a blend of logistics and technical interest

Location
This position will be based out of our Dallas office Location.
Responsibilities
• Configure, test, and prepare technology hardware prior to shipment
• Manage inventory levels and organize technology kits for outbound delivery
• Verify and document all components using digital tools and asset tracking software
• Maintain clean and accurate data across inventory and deployment systems
• Support process improvement and technology adaptation initiatives
• Collaborate across departments to coordinate shipping schedules and ensure on-time deliveries
• Follow all safety protocols in handling equipment and materials
Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Technical aptitude — experience with software installation, device setup, or similar preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, inventory coordination, or equipment deployment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic data systems
• Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-directed, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
