Responsibilities
•    Performs basic clerical functions at project site, which include filing, copying, data entry, typing and compiling reports.
•    Performs weekly payroll verification and submittal, including signing in new hires, terminations daily timekeeping quality control.
•    Types all correspondence such as extra work orders to owners, home office and subcontractors.
•    Develops and maintain all jobsite file records for craft absenteeism.
•    Performs a variety of other duties as the need is apparent or as assigned.

Qualifications
•    High school degree and/or equivalent combination of training and experience in typing/business courses.
•    At least three-years of office/clerical experience or equivalent, with preference given to previous construction office, manufacturing or similar environment.
•    Intermediate user of Word and Excel.
•    Working knowledge of general office procedures and business machines.
•    Ability to work in jobsite area without relocation

Working Conditions
•    Fast-paced field office environment on project site; must be able to interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and craft personnel while simultaneously manage a diversified workload and challenging situations efficiently and effectively.
•    Regularly sit, stand, walk and talk and listen; occasionally lift and move up objects up to 30 pounds.
