Position Overview

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment efforts focused on supporting our growing industrial and data center operations. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and technical leaders to attract, engage, and hire high-impact professionals across construction management, MEP engineering, commissioning, field services, and other specialized roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting activities for technical and operational roles supporting industrial and data center projects.

  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.

  • Source passive and active candidates using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, referrals, etc.).

  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit, technical competency, and role alignment.

  • Guide candidates and hiring teams through a smooth and efficient hiring process.

  • Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to construct competitive offers and manage negotiations.

  • Maintain data accuracy and provide regular reporting on recruiting KPIs and pipeline metrics.

  • Champion a positive candidate experience and support employer branding efforts in the industrial and data center sectors.

  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and talent intelligence to guide strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years supporting industrial, construction, or data center-related roles.
Deep understanding of talent profiles across construction, commissioning, MEP, engineering, and/or mission-critical infrastructure.
Experience recruiting for both field-based and corporate/technical roles.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated success using modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS).
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
