Position Overview 
We are currently seeking a SharePoint Administrator or Teambinder Administrator  

District Overview
Kiewit Energy Canada is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta.  We are a major industrial contractor that work on projects that involve construction of oil sands processing facilities, including steam–assisted gravity drainage facilities, refinery expansions, gas plant expansions, co–generation facilities, major mine developments and pipe spool fabrication. 

This position is based out of our Kiewit Energy Canada’s Headquarters in 10333 Southport Road SW #200, Calgary, AB T2W 3X6 and is a professional office setting.

•    District Liaison with KTG and other Kiewit districts
o    Monthly calls with KTG Product Owners and other district ECM Contacts
o    Network with other districts to share KEC’s success with them and get input on their best practices
o    Communicate any updates from KTG to the District
•    New Site Builds for Get Work and Build Work
o    Organize all incoming requests and categorize work orders by Priority and Impact – Get Work takes priority due to shorter time frames
o    Setup and manage Shared Inboxes and Distribution List for the District and for Projects as requested
o    Standardize Build Work, Get work and District sites
    Site Customizations and Maintenance
o    Understand what the project needs and recommend solution for information storage during the project lifecycle
o    Coordinate with Project Contact during the customization process by providing updates until completion
o    Perform annual audits of site contents and coordinate with Project Contact whether data should be kept, migrated or archived
    Access and Permission
o    Setup the initial permissions during Site Builds – Contribute, Read, Design and Full Ownership
o    Provide and remove the right level of access during the project lifecycle
o    Perform annual audits of contacts and coordinate with Project Engineer whether contact should be kept or removed
    Technical Support and Troubleshooting
o    Resolve technical issues and escalate the issue through proper channels in a timely manner
•    App Builds and Maintenance
o    Understand what the needs are through initial meeting with the Requestor
o    Build the app based on the requirements and perform initial testing
o    Coordinate with the Requestor for initial feedback and provide updates until completion
o    Update the app as requested 
•    Reporting
o    Learn how Tableau reports pulls information from Power Apps data sources
o    Prepare SOS reports on daily and weekly for the Projects and for management
o    Modify report as needed
•    Technical Support and Troubleshooting
o    Resolve technical issues and escalate the issue through proper channels
o    Perform thorough analysis to identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend solutions that balance both project requirements and available technology
Tableau / BI Reporting
•    Analyze, design, develop, and document Tableau/BI solutions based on standards and best practices
•    Recommend strategies of reporting solutions such as designing schema objects, grids, graphs, reports, and dashboards, including designing, building and maintaining metadata models
•    Design functional specs for Tableau /BI front end applications including dashboards and reporting, considering appropriate data flow and capture
•    Work with business users and other stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications for BI solutions
•    Administer performance and capacity management of the Tableau/BI solutions to provide a stable production environment
•    Identify problem trends and corrective actions and documenting 

•    A SharePoint Wizard with strong understand the differences between multiple SharePoint environments in all released versions (On-Prem, Classic and Modern)
•    Understand SQL programming and have basic knowledge of databases to troubleshoot issues
•    Must have a basic understanding of DAX for Power BI reporting and Dashboard development
•    Must understand SQL and can write custom SQL Queries for Tableau development
•    Must be customer service oriented
